The general dos and don'ts of commissioning me and what to expect once you have commissioned me

• You must be over 18 to commission NSFW artwork. I require proof of ID for this for first time customers.

• Payment must be completed upfront before work will start on the commission.

• I will not draw for free. This means no requests, no "exposure art", no giveaways. I will only do collaborations with friends

• I take payment plans. These must be discussed whe ordering the commission so I know what to expect.

• I will not draw MLP or Sonic content. I don't like it, and it's a personal preference.

• Extra detailed characters (tattoos, mechs, super fine details ect) will have an extra fee depending on how detailed it is.

Be aware that there may be some wait time when you commission me as I'm very busy outside of my artwork as well, and there may be pieces I need to finish before yours. I have the right to refuse any request I am given if I don't feel it is in my skill range, and I have the right to refuse refunds if the client is being unreasonable. Commission discussion is preferred through email or discord, as I can get more information that way, and we can discuss details at length.

After the price has been discussed, and agreed on by all parties involved, I will send a paypal invoice for the price of the commission and it will need to be paid in full before I go any further than the sketch stage. In the case of payment plans, you will need to have paid off at least 50% of the artwork before I proceed past the sketch stage. All prices are in USD, and are expected to be paid in USD over Paypal.

I will send progress shots of the commission as I finish each next step in, and I will keep in contact regarding any questions I may have on your character. You are allowed to request progress shots, just please remember that I also have a life outside of my artwork and I may not answer straight away.

You may ask for 1 change such as skin color/eye color/missing limbs that SHOULD be there ect after the finished piece has been completed before you will be charged for additional edits. All artists make mistakes sometimes, so this is to cover those "just in case" moments. Any extra major edits will mean a additional fee.

BY COMMISSIONING GLASS, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

》I retain the right to edit, crop, and modify your commission as a sample/promotional image for my art portfolio.

》If you choose to repost/re-upload the commission you MUST include proper credit back to me.

》You may NOT claim the commission as your own artwork/ your work, or anything along those lines.

》You may NOT edit, alter, or change the commission in any significant way. Filters, using them for memes, cropping for icons, and other such thing is okay, but editing/drawing over the piece in any way is not allowed. If you would like an alternate expression or to change the color yourself/redraw it yourself, please message me first.

》You may use the commission you purchased as a banner, icon, personal wallpaper ect. You may also print the image to use for irl things such as wall art.

》Any design or artwork commissioned is for personal use ONLY and may not be used for your own or others profit. You may not make money off of my artwork unless I am to get at least 50% of the sales made on that piece of merch.

》I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason

》I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, for reasoning such as poor communication, rude behavior, harassment, ect.

》Commissions are non-refundable after approval of the sketch and linework has been completed

》Failure to abide by the TOS may result in being blacklisted/blocked/etc.
